• The Coraux is Paraboot's take on the classic penny loafer, built using Blake stitching - a technique invented in 1858 by Lyman Reed Blake that threads the upper, insole, and outsole together in a single pass. The result is a shoe that's noticeably lighter and more flexible than traditionally welted construction, while still carrying the substance you expect from a French house with over a century in the trade. Made in Spain.
• Upper is a smooth black Foulonne calfskin - a tightly grained, matte-finished leather that resists scuffing and develops a quiet patina over time. The construction is unlined, which keeps the fit close and speeds up the break-in. Traditional last with a slightly rounded toe, finished with a natural rubber sole that wears well on pavement without telegraphing workwear.
